This review is for Ani and her crew at American Savings. We had a pre-approval that had been pre-underwritten from Bank of America and went house hunting put in an offer only to find out three days later that we didn't qualify. Why pre approve us in the first place?
We found Ani from a friend and called her. Right away she put me at ease saying don't worry we can close this loan for you with an uncoventional method.
We had lost three days in escrow but she pulled through with a lower intrest rate than Bank of America initially quoted, with 0 points !!
